  Everyone that I spoke with and worked with was amazing. Everyone worked very hard to make sure that our paperwork was processed as quickly and efficiently as possible and we REALLY appreciate that. I felt like everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and on the ball while also being patient and informative while explaining every step of the process because this was our first home purchase.   My wife and I had a truly amazing experience! Derek took the time from the beginning to explain everything in detail in the loan process. Plus he recommended to pay up front PMI which will help us a lot in the future. He also made sure to lock our rate at a great number and even extended it a few days until our home was finished. Daryn also was nice and took several request I made into consideration and got them handled. She is a great sidekick for Derek and made the process smooth. My wife and I are filled with complete excitement as we received our keys. I thank the whole academy mortgage staff for everything they have done!

  Derek, Anabel and the entire Academy Mortgage team did a wonderful job with our first home buying experience. All of our questions and concerns were answered in a professional and timely manner. We were able to move into our home with absolutely no errors and constant process updates. Furthermore, I give all the credit to Derek and his team for clearly outlining the entire process. In addition, we are moving into our home and I know that this process has been much less stressful and more enjoyable because of those that have helped us.   These guys are tops in my book. They pulled out all the stops to help us with our new home. They kept us informed and always let us know what was coming next. They stayed late to get paperwork signed, did all the leg work for me and generally got us across the finish line. If it weren't for Academy, I would not be in my new home watching my daughter splash around in the pool. Thanks, Ray, Alison and Amber.
