- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆He did not do what I hired him to do. I wanted to modify a custody order. Used over $2800 which was most of the retainer fee. I never even made it to court. He would call me just so he could bill me to talk about the forms he submitted. He would call the child support office to check on my case with them even though I did not ask him too. Of course I was billed for these calls too. I was really desperate for help. I did not have a lot of money to spend. I was disappointed that my case was getting nowhere so I just asked for the remainder of my retainer. There are better lawyers in Yuma.
