    After telling them once over the phone and once in person to hold my package at the main center they still delivered to the business where all three times no one was there. It wasn't till we called the main cooperate office that they changed to hold but it was too late. The person ups delivery talked to said to leave at door and was stolen by the time they went to get it. I'm frustrated and always get insurance for your packages.
