- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to this store to have a mountain bike fork packaged and shipped to Florida. For a "fragile pack" and delivery via UPS ground I was quoted $135 +/- a few dollars. I went home, boxed and packed the item myself and it cost $40 for the same UPS Ground delivery. $95 difference. That is just plain ludicrous.By Clayton Peterson, April 12, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not use this store. Rude and selective who they do business with. Bad customer service if any. I recommend to go down the street and use Packrats (you can use UPS there) or the Post Office. We own a business and was told that they do not want our business. We have several customers and a UPS account that we ship with. When our customers ask us about UPS I tell them all not to use this store. Use any UPS store except this one. UPS is a great company and this store is not. They are not small business friendly.By Tony Flow, February 06, 2017
