  Once you pay her; don't expect any help or a call back. Terrible customer service; I waited 2 weeks until I gave up. Got 1/4 of my tax return that I was told I would get; don't go there you will pay too much for too little service

  What a joke this place is! Last year I phoned 4 times asking for a call back - NONE! This year I thought OK maybe they were just really busy last year - after all, its tax season right?, so I tried again this year. WHAT A JOKE! they won't return a phone call! FIVE times I left messages asking only for a return call! And I haven't even gave them any money yet - how bad will the customer service be when they already have my money!

  I actually switched from H&R Block where I paid an obscene amount of money and had my taxes ruined by some unexperienced person and went to Yolanda's Tax Service to have to problem fixed. She does not overcharge and has promptly responded to all my calls. Unlike the previous person giving their review I find that it is not usually the fault of the tax preparer, but usually the delay in processing due to paperwork being given to the preparer and the clients honesty when having their taxes done. Yolanda is very thorough when it comes to preparing taxes and I would recommend her to anyone. I trust her preparation and filing of my taxes. I would not go anywhere else now. You get honesty, professionalism, and follow through. She does a fabulous job.
